How wagering works on Maybets
Wagering (playthrough) means you must stake a multiple of the bonus before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. Example: a KES1,000 bonus at 35x requires KES35,000 in qualifying bets. Sports bonuses often demand accumulator tickets with minimum odds per leg and a shorter clock (5x in seven days is common). Casino packages may cap max bet while clearing — breaking the cap can void the bonus.
Opt-in checklist
- Open Promotions or Bonus Program before your first deposit.
- Select sports OR casino welcome if the brand forces a single path.
- Deposit at least the published minimum in KES.
- Track the expiry timer — missed windows forfeit bonus and linked winnings.
- Do not withdraw early if terms require finishing wagering first.
Offers that confuse players
Free bets — stake is not returned; you keep profit only. Free spins — winnings may carry separate WR. Fee refunds — tiny M-Pesa chargebacks that must be replayed on sports tickets. Win Boost — extra payout on winning multis, not cash upfront.
Responsible use
Treat bonuses as marketing, not guaranteed profit. Read game contribution charts — live blackjack often contributes 0% toward casino WR. Adults 18+ only; self-exclusion overrides all promotions.

How do players deposit with M-Pesa?
Use Lipa na M-Pesa → Pay Bill → Business Number 498098 , account Maybets (or your registered phone), then amount and PIN. Funds usually appear instantly. Website STK push, USSD *798# and SMS to 29098 are alternative routes described in Maybets deposit guides.

Cancelled bets and void legs usually do not count toward sports wagering — rebuild the ticket instead of assuming progress.
VIP tiers stack cashback separately from welcome packages — do not confuse the two balances in the wallet view.
Promo codes from social media expire quickly; screenshot the terms when you activate an offer.
If a bonus disappears after deposit, contact support with transaction ID before playing further — balances may need manual adjustment.
